Eucerin AQUAporin ACTIVE Cream for normal to combination skin is a lightweight moisturiser that intensively hydrates sensitive facial skin. The special formula with nature-identical gluco-glycerol promotes the activation of the skin's own moisture channels, also known as aquaporins. This moisture network supports the balancing of the skin's moisture balance from within. The cream provides intensive moisture for 24 hours and is quickly absorbed. It relieves feelings of tension, makes the skin soft and supple and is also ideal as a make-up base. The formula is unscented, non-comedogenic and offers high skin compatibility, even for sensitive skin.
