The recommended daily dose of cod liver oil capsules (1 capsule) contains cod liver oil 500 mg, including vitamin A 198 μg RE (25% of the recommended daily dose), vitamin D3 1.3 μg (26% of the recommended daily dose), omega-3 fatty acids 106.5 mg, of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 36 mg and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)50 mg.The reference quantity is based on the EU-Food Information Regulation.
