The ingredients of Doppelherz Magnesium 400+B12+C+E tablets include magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose as a filler, L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, hydroxypropymethylcellulose as a coating agent, cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose, fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, polyethylene glycol, starch, sugar esters of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide,Iron oxides and iron hydroxides as dyes and cyanocobalamin.Per daily serving (1 tablet), the product contains 400 mg magnesium, 120 mg vitamin C, 36 mg vitamin E and 5 µg vitamin B12.

Application and dosage

The recommended dosage is ½ to 1 tablet daily, which should be taken whole with a meal and sufficient liquid.If there is an increased need for magnesium, for example due to heavy physical exertion in combination with a diet low in magnesium, 1 tablet can be taken daily.If your diet is unbalanced, ½ tablet per day is enough.Amounts over 250 mg of magnesium can have a laxative effect in sensitive people.
