The ingredients of Abtei Pumpkin Plus Cranberry capsules include soybean oil, gelatin, pumpkin seed extract, cranberry concentrate, humectant glycerin, thickener beeswax in white and yellow, zinc oxide, copper sulfate, vitamin B6, sodium selenite, biotin, emulsifier lecithin and coloring iron oxides and iron hydroxides.

The following nutrients are contained per 2 capsules: Vitamin B6 2.8 mg (200% of the daily intake), biotin 100 µg (200% of the daily intake), zinc 20 mg (200% of the daily intake), copper 2000 µg (200% of the daily intake) and selenium 110 µg (200% of the daily intake).

Each 2 capsules also contains 200 mg pumpkin seed extract and 200 mg cranberry concentrate.There is no reference amount for these ingredients.
