Directions for use of product "Dobensana sugar-free lemon flavour lozenges": Dobensana sugar-free lemon flavour 1.2 mg/0.6 mg lozenges are used for the supportive treatment of inflammation of the mucous membrane of the throat associated with typical symptoms such as sore throat, redness or swelling. The lozenges contain the active ingredients 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol. The recommended dosage for adults and children 6 years and older is to let one lozenge melt slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours. The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest period of time necessary to achieve relief from symptoms. Children under 6 years of age should not use the product. The lozenges are applied in the mouth and throat. To avoid irritation of the oral mucosa, they should be moved around in the mouth while dissolving. There are some important instructions to follow. In case of severe sore throat or sore throat accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea or vomiting, a doctor should be consulted. If the symptoms do not improve or even worsen within 3 days, a doctor should also be consulted. Dobensana Zuckerfrei should be kept out of reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date which is stated on the pack. Storage should be below 25°C.
