Application

To heat the Neck Warmer, remove the paper label and save it for later.Heat the clean and dry product in the microwave for a maximum of 90 seconds at a maximum of 800 watts.Make sure that the turntable can rotate freely and that the microwave switches off automatically after a maximum of 90 seconds.The grill function should be switched off.Alternatively, you can heat the Neck Warmer in a preheated electric oven with fan for a maximum of 10 minutes at 100 °C on a heat-resistant plate on the middle rack of the oven.Here too, the grill function should be switched off.Before heating, you must allow the product to cool to room temperature and control the heat development.When the device is heated for the first time, a slight amount of moisture may form on the surface, but this will disappear after repeated use.
