Doppelherz aktiv vitamin B12 effervescent tablets are a food supplement containing vitamin B12. One tablet contains 300 µg of vitamin B12, which can contribute to a good vitamin B12 supply. Vitamin B12 is important for energy metabolism, the immune system and reducing tiredness and fatigue. It also supports the function of the nervous system and the formation of red blood cells. The effervescent tablets have a fruity orange-pomegranate flavour and dissolve well. You should drink one tablet a day dissolved in a glass of water. They should be stored in a dry place at a temperature of no more than 25 °C. Children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers should not use the product.
