Instructions for use for H&S bladder and urinary tract tea

H&S Bladder and urinary tract tea is a herbal medicine that is used to flush the urinary tract and for kidney disease.The active ingredient in this tea are birch leaves.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

This tea is used to flush the urinary tract and aid in the formation of kidney grit.It is also suitable for preventing the formation of grit in the urinary tract.

Contraindications

There are no specific contraindications known for which the tea should not be used.However, flushing therapy is not suitable for fluid retention (edema) due to restricted heart or kidney activity.There is no sufficient experience with its use in children under 12 years of age.In such cases, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.

Interactions

To date, there are no known interactions with other medicines.

Dosage instructions, type and duration of application

The recommended dosage is a glass or a cup of tea several times a day.To prepare it, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over a filter bag and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.The filter bag is then removed and squeezed gently.It is important to also drink plenty of fluids.If symptoms persist or recur beyond a week, a doctor should be consulted.

Composition

100 Grams of the tea contains 100 grams of birch leaves (Betulae folium).The dosage form consists of an original pack with 20 filter bags containing 2.0 grams of medicinal tea for drinking after preparing a tea infusion.

Storage instructions

The medicine should be stored in the original packaging to protect it from light and moisture.It should not be stored above 25°C and kept out of the reach of children.Do not use the medicine after the printed expiry date.

Mode of action

The ingredients of the tea come from silver birch and downy birch.These act as a natural mixture.The birch leaves contain flavonoids, triterpene saponins and essential oil.These ingredients promote urine production, which can flush bacteria and inflammatory substances from the urinary tract.

Important notes

If you are allergic to ascorbic acid (vitamin C) or certain spices such as anise, mugwort, dill, fennel, carrot, coriander, caraway, paprika, parsley, celery and tomatoes, the tea should be used with caution.Before using a new medicine, it is advisable to tell your doctor or pharmacist about any medicines you have already taken.
