The main ingredient is a special complex of glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate and hyaluronic acid (ActiJoy®). In addition, the product contains frankincense extract, vitamin C, vitamin D3 and manganese. The capsules are taken daily with plenty of liquid. The recommended intake should not be exceeded.
