Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 forms a unit together with Weleda Aufbaukalk 2.Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 is taken in the morning and supports the organism in better utilizing calcium from food.This promotes the development of healthy bones and teeth.The special medicinal compositions from Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 and 2 are not conventional calcium preparations.They do not serve as a nutritional supplement, but rather help the organism to better break down and process the substances it absorbs.

Area of application

Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 is used in accordance with anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.This includes stimulating the lime process, for example promoting healthy bone and tooth formation in small children and during pregnancy.

Dosage

Weleda building lime 1 and 2 should be taken alternately.The dosing trough on the top of the screw cap is used to measure the individual dose of 0.2g.A dose of Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 is taken in the morning and a dose of Weleda Aufbaukalk 2 in the evening. The powder should be taken with liquid.

Ingredients

Active ingredients: 10 g of powder contains apatite trit.D5 1 g and Cucurbita pepo, Flos rec.Trit.D2 (HAB, V. 3c and 7) 1 g.Other ingredients: Lactose monohydrate.
