It contains the minerals magnesium and potassium, sodium bicarbonate, vitamin B12 and taurine in high quality pure form. Magnesium is involved in many metabolic processes and supports the energy metabolism. Potassium complements the functions of magnesium in the body and contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Sodium bicarbonate replaces lost sodium.
