Abbey Magnesium+Kalium Aktiv Plus Effervescent Tablets are a food supplement containing magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and manganese. The recommended intake for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is one effervescent tablet daily, which should be dissolved in a glass of water and drunk. The effervescent tablets contain the following nutrients per tablet: 375 mg magnesium, 300 mg potassium, 80 mg vitamin C, 4.2 mg vitamin B6, 7.5 µg vitamin B12 and 2 mg manganese. It is important not to exceed the recommended intake stated. The effervescent tablets contain ingredients such as citric acid, magnesium carbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, vitamin C, sweeteners and flavourings.
