Selenium Verla purKaps should not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients.

Dosage

Recommended dosage of Selenium Verla purKaps: Take 1 capsule per day with liquid.If you have problems swallowing, the capsules can be opened and the contents e.g.B. can be stirred into drinks, smoothies or yoghurt.

Not suitable for children under 10 years.Selenium Verla® purKaps should not be taken together with high-dose vitamin C preparations (≥ 1 g/day), as this can impair the absorption of sodium selenite.Usual amounts of vitamin C such as:B. in a glass of orange juice is not a problem. The stated consumption quantity must not be exceeded.Please keep out of the reach of small children and do not store above 25°C.
