The FIWA med tex wound plaster textile is a skin-colored rayon fabric that is rigid and permeable to air and water vapor.It has a non-adhesive and highly absorbent rayon wound dressing with a skin-friendly and natural zinc oxide rubber adhesive.No prescription is required for this product.

Application

The wound plaster is suitable for covering minor injuries and is intended for external use.

Storage

The product should be stored dry and dust-free.

Sterilizability

The wound plaster is sterilizable using a validated procedure.

Normative and legal requirements

The product complies with the requirements of the Medical Devices Act (MPG) and Directive 93/42/EEC.It is classified in Class I under Rule 4 of the CE-Classification.The conformity assessment procedure is carried out in accordance with Annex VII. The wound plaster bears the CE-marking and the marking according to DIN EN ISO 15223-1 on all packaging levels.It does not contain any dangerous toxic substances according to REACH.
