Ingredients

The H&S Harmonie tea contains the following ingredients: organic chamomile, organic orange leaves, organic spearmint, natural aroma (vanilla-raspberry), organic blackberry leaves, organic lavender flowers, organic licorice root, organic Bach flower essences, organic lemon balm and organic passion flower herb.

Use and preparation

To make tea, place a filter bag in a cup and pour fresh, boiling water over it.Then let the tea steep for eight minutes before removing the filter bag and squeezing it lightly.The filter bags are available as fine cut or fannings and are individually sealed to ensure optimal freshness.

Store the tea in a cool and dry place to maintain its quality.
