Spenglersan Cold Set consists of two products: Spenglersan Colloid G Mixture (20 ml) and Cold Entoxin (50 ml). These are homeopathic medicines, so there is no specific therapeutic indication. Spenglersan Kolloid G contains various antigens and antitoxins, while Erkältungs-Entoxin contains Aconitum napellus, Arum maculatum, Drosera and Echinacea. Both medicines are used to improve the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections. It is emphasised that a doctor should be consulted in case of persistent, unclear or newly occurring complaints.
