Instructions for use of the article Lysi-Herp Trinkampullen: Lysi-Herp is a food supplement with the essential amino acid L-lysine, vitamins, trace elements and bioflavonoids. The recommended use is for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over to take the contents of a drinking bottle of Lysi-Herp twice a day for 3 days in the acute phase (at the first tingling and burning sensation) and then once a day for 4 days.
