Application

For a full bath with around 120 liters of water, dissolve three tablespoons (approx. 50 g) of the powder in the bath water.Just one teaspoon (5 g) is enough for a foot bath.The ideal water temperature is 35-37°C.Initially you should bathe for around 30 minutes, later you can extend the duration up to an hour.
