The ingredients of the Kneipp men's mineral effervescent tablets include acidulants such as citric acid and malic acid, magnesium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate as an acidity regulator, natural flavors, corn starch, beetroot juice powder, sweeteners such as sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium, coloring agent riboflavin-5'-phosphate, as well as the active ingredients zinc sulfate, calcium carbonate, sodium selenite and vitamin B12.

Each daily dose, which corresponds to one effervescent tablet, contains: 375 mg magnesium, 10 mg zinc, 55 µg selenium and 2.5 µg vitamin B12.These amounts each correspond to 100% of the reference amount for daily intake according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Contraindications

People with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients should not use this product.

Dosage

The recommended use is to dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) every day and drink it.
