The composition per daily dose (1 tablet) is: Vitamin B1: 4.2 mg (382% NRV), Vitamin B2: 4.8 mg (343% NRV), Niacin: 54 mg (338% NRV), Pantothenic acid: 18 mg (300% NRV), Vitamin B6: 6.0 mg (429% NRV), Folic acid: 600µg (300% NRV), Vitamin B12: 7.5 µg (300% NRV).The NRV (nutrient reference values) refer to the recommended daily doses for adults according to the European Food Information Regulation.
