Finally a vegan vitamin K2! As a vegan, you have to supplement certain nutrients as plant-based foods only contain insufficient amounts. This is especially true for iron, vitamin B12 and vitamin K2! I had been looking for a vegan vitamin K2 supplement for some time. I have only been satisfied since I started taking VITAMIN K2 200 µg tablets. They are highly dosed, free from unnecessary additives and what was very important to me: they are made in Germany! I am very satisfied.

I opted for the vitamin K2 tablets because they are vegan and I eat far too few green vegetables. As vitamin K2 is mostly found in green vegetables, I had a deficiency. These tablets have had a lasting effect with no side effects. I feel incredibly great and would recommend vitamin K2 to anyone who can't resist greens.

I bought the product because I'm currently under a lot of stress at work. Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to poor concentration and tiredness. To prevent this, I have recently started taking vitamin B12 regularly. I have the feeling that it makes me feel more alert and fitter during the day. The vitamin B12 is pressed into small tablets and is easy to swallow; I take it with a glass of water. One tablet every other day is enough for my needs. Considering the pack size, the price-performance ratio is absolutely satisfactory. A well-rounded product.

Anyone who deals with food supplements should know that you should also take K2 if you are taking vitamin D3 over a longer period of time. And as my supply of K2 had run out, this time I opted for the product from vitamaze. The tablets contain a high dose of 200 µg vitamin K2 (MK-7), which is important for me because I also take high doses of vitamin D3. The tablets are small and therefore easy to swallow. What I also always look out for is that the supplements are manufactured to high quality standards (they are made in Germany) and that they are free from unnecessary additives and fillers (especially magnesium stearate). This is the case here. I think the price-performance ratio is fair. I am satisfied.
