Directions for use of the article Zink Hair-Power Tabletten: This food supplement from Astrid Twardy GmbH contains zinc, biotin and beta-carotene. It supports the maintenance of healthy hair, skin and nails. Zinc and biotin support hair and skin health, while zinc also protects the nails. Beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A in the body and supports normal skin function. Zinc also has antioxidant properties and protects the body's cells from oxidative stress. One tablet per day is sufficient. The composition per tablet contains 5 mg zinc, 3 mg beta-carotene (equivalent to 500 µg vitamin A) and 180 µg biotin. The recommended daily dose is 50% for zinc and 360% for biotin according to the EU-Food Information Regulation. Take once a day with sufficient liquid.
