NORSAN Omega-3 Total is a dietary supplement containing a unique combination of natural wild-caught fish oil and cold-pressed olive oil. It is produced in Norway and has been controlled for absence of harmful substances and PCBs. The recommended daily dose of 8 ml contains 5.8 grams of fish oil, 1.4 grams of olive oil and 800 I.U. vitamin D3. It has a pleasant lemon taste and is purified from heavy metals, pollutants and PCBs. Omega-3 fatty acids, especially EPA and DHA, contribute to normal heart, brain and vision function. The daily intake of EPA and DHA should be at least 250 mg. The product should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be consumed in excess of the stated amount. Omega-3 Total should not be heated and the opened bottle should be stored in the refrigerator. If the oil is exposed to temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius, crystals may form, but these will dissolve at room temperature. It is recommended to shake the bottle briefly before consumption and to use within 45 days.
