The frei öl® Baby Oil offers gentle and protective care for your baby.It was developed in collaboration with mothers and pharmacists and is recommended by midwives.The mild oil is suitable for gentle baby care and massage, cleaning the diaper area and treating cradle cap.It can also be used as a gentle bath additive to alleviate the drying effects of water.Accidentally swallowing the baby oil is harmless as all ingredients have been selected taking food standards into account.However, the product is not food and should not be consumed.

Area of application

The frei öl® Baby Oil is especially suitable for very sensitive baby skin and as an accompanying care for neurodermatitis.It preserves the skin's moisture for 8 hours with oat oil, has a moisturizing effect and strengthens the skin's natural lipid film with organic sunflower oil.Vitamin E soothes and supports the natural development of healthy skin, while plum seed oil protects against sores in the diaper area.Currant seed oil makes it ideal as an accompanying care for neurodermatitis.The oil is also suitable for sensitive adult skin.

Ingredients (INCI) of frei öl® baby oil:

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Oil, Prunus Domestica Seed Oil, Ribes Nigrum (Blackcurrant) Seed Oil, Tocopherol.

Selected ingredients/acts with: BIO-Sunflower oil, oat oil, blackcurrant seed oil, plum seed oil, vitamin E.

Without: alcohol, essential oils, dyes, gluten, preservatives, mineral oils (paraffins), perfume, PEG/PEG-derivatives, silicones, wheat proteins.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

Recommended use of frei öl® baby oil:

Application from the first day:

Baby care/massage: After bathing or washing and if necessary, apply frei öl® baby oil and massage in gently.

Diaper area: Clean the diaper area with frei öl® baby oil every time you change a diaper.

Cradle cap: Carefully massage the baby's head with a little frei öl® baby oil and leave it on for a few hours, then wash/rinse off with warm water.

Bath additive: Add a small amount of frei öl® baby oil to the bath water to reduce the drying effect of the water.

Notes

Baby skin is very different from that of an adult.It is significantly thinner, the horny layer is looser and more permeable, the hydrolipid film is not yet intact, the collagen layer is still underdeveloped, and the sebum and sweat glands are not yet fully functional.This leads to dry, sensitive skin.

Clinical studies dermatologically confirm its compatibility with highly sensitive skin and neurodermatitis.There is a 100% improvement in skin oil content, and dry skin condition completely normalizes after 4 weeks of use.The skin compatibility on sensitive and atopic skin as well as the mucous membrane compatibility were confirmed.Application tests on adults with very dry skin showed 100% moisturization of the skin, and application tests on babies and small children with cradle cap showed an increase in skin moisture after just one application.The protective effect was also confirmed.

In an application study, 100% of all mothers rated the spreadability of the Baby Oil as good to very good, confirmed the soft and supple skin feeling when using frei öl® Baby Oil and would recommend the product to others.
