The composition of Basosyx Classic Syxyl tablets includes the following ingredients: calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, cellulose as a filler, corn starch, zinc gluconate, potassium citrate, magnesium salts of fatty acids as a release agent, asparagus powder (0.3%) and spirulina algae powder (0.3%).A daily serving consists of 4 or 6 tablets and contains an average of 644 mg or 966 mg calcium (81% or 121% of the nutrient reference values), 211 mg or 316 mg magnesium (56% or 84% of the nutrient reference values) and 10 mg or 15 mg zinc (100% or 150% of the nutrient reference values).

Dosage

The recommended consumption amount is 2 tablets 3 times a day with sufficient liquid after the main meals or 4 tablets once a day with sufficient liquid before going to bed.
