Beta-carotene is a powerful antioxidant and protects the skin from premature ageing caused by UV-radiation. The capsules contain fully refined soya oil, gelatine, glycerine, purified water, beta-carotene and natural colouring. One capsule contains 15 mg beta-carotene, which is equivalent to 2.5 mg vitamin A. It is recommended to take one capsule daily with sufficient water during the main meal.
