Each tablet of Magnesium-Diasporal pro DEPOT contains the following nutrients: 300 mg magnesium (80% of the reference value for daily nutrient intake), 1.1 mg vitamin B1 (100% NRV), 1.4 mg vitamin B2 (100% NRV), 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% NRV) and 2.5 µg vitamin B12 (100% NRV).The full list of ingredients includes magnesium citrate, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, gelling agent sodium alginate, corn starch, filler sorbitol, coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, stabilizers hydroxypropylcellulose and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, colorant iron oxide, anti-caking agent calcium salts of fatty acids and cellulose and silicon dioxide, coating agent acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, vitamin B6, vitaminB2, vitamin B1, aroma and vitamin B12.
