Ingredients

The vitamin B12 capsules contain the following ingredients: potato starch, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and anti-caking agents such as magnesium salts of fatty acids that are of plant origin.

Recommended consumption

It is recommended to take one capsule daily with a glass of water.One capsule contains 100 µg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, which corresponds to 4000% of the reference values for daily intake according to VO (EU) 1169/2011.
