Summary: Tena Pants Super XL disposable trousers are soft and comfortable trousers for men and women with severe urinary incontinence. They offer reliable triple protection against leakage, odours and wetness. The disposable trousers have a high absorbency and are available in size XL (120 to 160 cm). A thin and flexible absorbent core forms two absorption chambers that safely drain urine. Integrated leakage barriers provide additional protection, while an odour neutraliser neutralises unwanted odours. The disposable trousers are made of breathable material and offer plenty of wearing comfort. It is recommended to drink enough fluids to avoid urinary tract infections. I wear these disposable trousers almost every day and don't feel them at all thanks to the perfect fit. They have become like normal underwear for me and I feel protected everywhere and at all times. Even with tighter clothing or when working out. A great invention and unbeatable quality.
