Gynella Natal Ferti Gel is a product developed to support natural conception. It is based on types of sugar, mineral salts, creatine, carnitine, hyaluronic acid and lactic acid. The gel creates an optimal environment for sperm and helps maintain pH levels suitable for natural conception. It also has a similar osmolality to seminal fluid and prevents increased viscosity of seminal fluid. The gel should be used during the ovulation phase, especially on the most fertile days of the menstrual cycle (day 13 to 15). It is applied five minutes before sexual intercourse by inserting the tip of the applicator tube into the vagina and allowing the gel to flow into the vaginal canal. There are no known side effects as long as the gel is used properly. However, in case of irritation or allergic reactions, the application should be stopped and a gynaecologist should be consulted. The gel contains no preservatives, parabens, silicones or mineral oils and does not stain. It should be kept out of the reach of children and protected from light and heat. It is important not to use the product after its best before date and not to swallow or get it in your eyes. It should not be used on damaged vaginal mucosa, after surgical procedures or in acute vaginal infections. People who are allergic to any of the ingredients should also not use the product. The composition of the gel includes sodium hyaluronate, myo-inositol, lactic acid, water, glucose, fructose, magnesium citrate, calcium pyruvate, sorbitol, citric acid, potassium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, zinc gluconate, carnitine, creatine, sodium chloride, DMDM-hydantoin, sodium hydroxide, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerol.
