Dosage

To diffuse with an aroma diffuser, use 2 to 3 drops of the essential oil per 100 ml.For a room spray, 4 drops per 10 ml can be used.For skin care, the essential oils should be used diluted with a carrier oil such as almond, coconut or wild rose oil, about 2 drops in 10 ml.

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.

Pregnancy
