Directions for use of Vitamaze Calcium + Vitamin D3 Tablets: This food supplement contains 600 mg calcium and 400 IE vitamin D3 per daily dose. The recommended intake is 2 tablets daily with sufficient water. Do not exceed the stated amount to be consumed. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children. It is free from colourings, preservatives, allergens and other harmful substances. Not suitable for children and adolescents. It is manufactured in Germany according to the official HACCP-concept. I bought this product because the title says 600 mg calcium. I relied on the fact that I was taking 600 mg per tablet. But no, I have to take 2 tablets to get 600 mg. I am disappointed, because then the price-performance ratio is no longer right.

The tablets can easily cover 75% of your daily calcium requirement. The combination with vitamin D is also practical, especially now in winter. The tablets are not too big, easy to swallow and have a neutral flavour.

It really only contains calcium with some vitamin D3 bound in filler for better absorption. No unnecessary flavourings or similar. Pleasant size for swallowing with a barely perceptible flavour.

I do a lot of sport and have been looking for suitable calcium tablets. The great thing is that vitamin D3 is also included, so I can take it as a perfect support during the dark season
