Per tablet, the product contains, among other things, 40 mg ginseng extract, 800 µg vitamin A, 1.1 mg vitamin B1, 1.4 mg vitamin B2, 16 mg vitamin B3, 1.4 mg vitamin B6, 2.5 µg vitamin B12, 60 mg vitamin C, 5 µg vitamin D, 12 mg vitamin E, 50 µg vitamin H, 200 µgFolic acid, 120 mg calcium, 1 mg copper, 10.5 mg iron, 2 mg manganese, 55 µg selenium and 1.5 mg zinc.
