Dosage

Recommended use of the Allgäu Mountain Pine Intensive Care Mask:

1. Wash and dry your feet briefly before use.

2. Carefully cut the sachet open and distribute the intensive care lotion evenly in the socks.

3. Put on the socks and glue them together at the ankle with the adhesive dot.

4. For better comfort, we recommend wearing anti-slip socks.

5. Allow the care mask to take effect for approx. 20 minutes.

6. Take off your socks and massage the remaining intensive care lotion down to the base of your legs.
