Instructions for use of the article Apothekers Original Magnesium MuskelSchaum: Product properties: Apothekers Original Magnesium MuskelSchaum contains a mixture of magnesium aspartate and magnesium sulphate, combined with an active heat complex. This MuscleFoam has a relaxing effect and provides immediate relief. Application: Apply the MuscleFoam well to the skin with a light massage and rub in. This enables optimal absorption of the magnesium. Apply to the stressed muscles before or during exercise and massage in. The effect can be enhanced by applying after showering. Advice: MuscleFoam should only be used on healthy and uninjured skin. Wash hands thoroughly after application.
