CalmNight Hevert Melatonin Spray contains the following ingredients: water, sweetener glycerin, lemon juice concentrate, mint oil, orange oil, sweetener steviol glycosides, ethanol, thickener xanthan gum, stabilizer gum arabic and melatonin.Each spray (daily dose) contains 1 mg of melatonin.The product is vegan, lactose-, sugar- and gluten-free and contains no dyes.

Dosage

The recommended dosage for adults is one spray daily (equivalent to 1 mg melatonin) shortly before bedtime.The bottle should be held upright while spraying.Before first use, 3-4 sprays should be released into the air and the spray should be shaken well before use.After use, put the cap on and store the bottle upright.If the nozzle is not used for a long time, the nozzle can become clogged, which can be cleared with warm water.
