Orthomol Natal pre is a food supplement containing important micronutrients for those who wish to have children. It contains zinc to support normal fertility and reproduction and a combination of folic acid and Quatrefolic®, which increases folate levels and can reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Other micronutrients such as vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and iodine have functions in cell division, immune function and reducing fatigue. The recommended intake is one capsule per day.
