The capsules contain a mixture of buckwheat germ powder with a vitamin B complex, the amino acid L-tryptophan, lactic acid bacteria and resistant starch from corn dextrin.Other ingredients include hydroxypropylmethylcellulose as a filler, a rice extract mixture consisting of rice powder, rice fibers, gum arabic as a stabilizer and sunflower oil, as well as the gelling agent gellan.

The average composition per daily serving, which corresponds to one capsule, includes 187 milligrams of buckwheat germ powder with vitamin B complex.This contains thiamine (vitamin B1) with 0.30 milligrams, riboflavin (vitamin B2) with 0.43 milligrams, niacin (vitamin B3) with 5.30 milligrams, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) with 2.10 milligrams, pyridoxine (vitamin B6) with 0.28 milligrams, folic acid with 64 micrograms, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).0.67 micrograms and biotin with 19 micrograms.It also contains 100 milligrams of L-tryptophan and 30 milligrams of resistant starch from corn dextrin.The lactic acid bacteria mixture consists of Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus with an amount of 2 x 10^9 colony forming units per capsule.
