No prescription is required for this product.The Kneipp® Eucalyptus cold bath is a bath additive that can be used on adults, teenagers and children aged 4 and over.It is a traditional herbal medicine used to relieve cough during cold.The effect is based on long-term use of this remedy.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The bath additive contains eucalyptus oil as an active ingredient in a concentration of 21.10 grams per 100 milliliters.The following other ingredients are also included: polysorbate 20, propylene glycol, purified water, quinoline yellow (E 104), patent blue V (E 131), sodium chloride and sodium sulfate.The bath additive contains propylene glycol, so the package leaflet should be followed.

Application and dosage

The Kneipp® cold bath Eucalyptus is used 3-4 times a week as a full bath.For children aged 4 to 11 inclusive, use 10 milliliters of the bath additive for every 100-150 liters of bath water.The screw cap is filled once to the 10 milliliter mark.Adults and young people aged 12 and over can use 10-30 milliliters of the bath additive for every 100-150 liters of bath water.To do this, fill the screw cap 1 to 3 times to the 10 milliliter mark.The bathing temperature should be between 35 and 38 degrees Celsius and the bathing time should be 10 to 20 minutes.

Instructions for use

It is important to read the package leaflet and keep the medicine out of the reach of children.To avoid discoloration and due to the high content of essential oils, the bath additive should be added to the incoming bath water.In the event of direct contact with objects such as the bathtub, tiles or shower enclosure, the undiluted product should be rinsed off immediately with water.After bathing, the tub should be rinsed with hot water and product residues should be removed immediately.
