Melatonin 1 mg Spray is a food supplement containing melatonin, passion flower extract and lemon balm extract in mouth spray form. It has a pleasant blackcurrant flavour and is suitable for supporting a natural sleep-wake rhythm. Melatonin is a hormone that the body produces mainly in the pineal gland. It helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and has a sleep-modulating effect without making you tired during the day or having a habituation effect. The melatonin in the spray is absorbed directly through the oral mucosa, which offers advantages over capsules, especially for people with absorption problems in the gastrointestinal tract. Each spray contains 1 mg of melatonin and the product is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and soy-free. It is recommended to take one spray daily just before bedtime.
