Use/application/recommended consumption: It is recommended to drink at least 2 cups of this tea daily.

Preparation: Pour fresh, boiling water over a filter bag.The steeping time is 8 minutes.It is important to always pour the tea with boiling water and let it steep according to the preparation recommendations in order to obtain safe food.

Nutritional declaration

Per 100 ml of drink, the tea contains an average of 10 kJ/2 kcal energy, less than 0.1 g fat, less than 0.1 g saturated fatty acids, 0.6 g carbohydrates, of which 0.2 g sugar, less than 0.1 g protein and 0 g salt.The tea also contains thiamine (0.09 mg), riboflavin (0.11 mg), niacin (1.2 mg), vitamin B6 (0.11 mg), folic acid (15 µg), vitamin B12 (0.19 µg), biotin (3.75 µg), pantothenic acid (0.45 mg) and zinc (0.75 mg).These amounts each correspond to 7.5% of the reference amount for daily intake according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

The ingredients of the tea are lemongrass, rose hips, apples, lemon balm, chamomile, orange blossoms, marigold blossoms, rose petals, silver linden blossoms, zinc gluconate (2%) and vitamin B complex (1%) (niacin, riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, thiamine, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B12).
