The original Bach flowers were created in the 1930s by Dr.Edward Bach, who defined 38 basic emotional states and created corresponding flower essences from them.These essences can help overcome emotional challenges in everyday life.The set also contains the original RESCUEblend, which consists of five Bach flower essences and can support emotional stress.

Mode of action

The original Bach flowers are made from flowers of wild plants and trees as well as rock water.They can be used individually or as a blend to address specific emotional states.The RESCUEmix, consisting of Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose and Clematis, is particularly helpful in stressful situations.

The Bach flowers contain a spirit solution with an alcohol content of 27% vol. The alcohol-free RESCUE drops consist of glycerin, water and aqueous plant extracts from Helianthemum nummularium, Clematis vitalba, Impatiens glandulifera, Prunus cerasifera and Ornithogalum umbellatum.There are no allergens included.

Use/application/recommended consumption

For the Bach flowers 20 ml, add 2 drops to a glass of water and drink sips or add 2 drops to a bottle with 30 ml of still mineral water and take 4 drops several times a day.The RESCUE drops alcohol-free can be added to a glass of water with 4 drops and drunk in sips or taken undiluted.
