Sinupas drops: instructions for use

Sinupas drops are a homeopathic medicine that is used to support the treatment of inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, especially in connection with bronchitis.The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug images.No prescription is required for this product.

The drops contain the following active ingredients: Luffa operculata Dil.D4, Euphorbium Ø, Kreosotum Dil.D3 and Antimonium sulfuratum aurantiacum Dil.D8.Ethanol (48% by volume) is included as an auxiliary ingredient.10 g of the product corresponds to approximately 10.7 ml.

Application and dosage

Sinupas drops are intended for oral use.In acute conditions, adults and young people aged 12 and over should take five drops every half to an hour, but no more than six times a day.For chronic forms, the recommended dosage is five drops one to three times a day.As the symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.

The following applies to children from infancy onwards: after consultation with the doctor, infants up to the age of one do not receive more than a third of the adult dose, small children up to the age of six do not receive more than half and children between the ages of six and twelve do not receive more than two thirds of the adult dose.It is recommended to dilute the medicine with water for children.

Use for more than a week should only be carried out after consultation with a homeopathically experienced therapist.Homeopathic medicines should also not be taken for long periods of time without medical advice.

Contraindications and precautions

The medicine must not be used by alcoholics.If symptoms persist for a long time, shortness of breath, fever or purulent and bloody sputum, a doctor should be consulted.Since there is no adequately documented experience, the medicine should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor.

No special caution is required when using the drug.The medicine has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines.

Storage

Keep Sinupas drops out of the reach of children and do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the carton and container.The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.Do not store above 25°C.
