ALUMINIUM MET Q30 is a medication used to treat heartburn, acid reflux, and other symptoms of sour stomach.The main active ingredients are aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, which work together to neutralize acid levels in the stomach.Aluminum hydroxide has an acid-binding and protective effect on the gastric mucosa, while magnesium hydroxide also has a laxative effect and thus counteracts constipation caused by aluminum hydroxide.
