Contraindications

Dosage

The recommended dosage is 1 tablet daily, taken whole after a meal with sufficient liquid.If necessary, the tablets can also be divided into two halves.

The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.The product is not suitable for children and young people.If you consume more than 3.5 mg of zinc per day, you should avoid taking any other dietary supplements containing zinc.Biotin may affect some medical laboratory tests, resulting in inaccurate results.Therefore, when you have upcoming laboratory tests, inform your doctor that you are taking a preparation containing biotin so that he can take this into account.
