Doppelherz active lecithin + B vitamins are capsules that contain lecithin, B vitamins and vitamin E.These nutritional supplements are designed to support thinking performance, mental agility, learning ability and memory.They can also have a positive effect on nerve function and endurance.

Mode of action

The capsules contain important B vitamins, which are essential for nerve function and mental performance.Lecithin, a phospholipid, supports the structure of the cell membranes of brain and nerve cells.The water-soluble B vitamins contribute to numerous body processes and must be consumed regularly through food.Pantothenic acid promotes energy metabolism and mental performance, while vitamins B1 and B2 support energy metabolism and nerve function.Niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to maintaining healthy skin and mucous membranes as well as blood formation.Vitamin B12 and folic acid support the immune system, and vitamin E protects cell components from oxidative damage.

Ingredients and composition

The capsules contain the following ingredients: soy lecithin (48.1%), gelatin (beef), soybean oil, humectants glycerin and sorbitol, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, dye iron oxides and iron hydroxides, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate,Pteroylmonoglutamic acid and cyanocobalamin.

The composition per capsule, two capsules and three capsules is as follows:

• Lecithin: 500mg, 1000mg, 1500mg
• Vitamin B1: 1.1 mg (100%), 2.2 mg (200%), 3.3 mg (300%)
• Vitamin B2: 1.4 mg (100%), 2.8 mg (200%), 4.2 mg (300%)
• Pantothenic acid: 6 mg (100%), 12 mg (200%), 18 mg (300%)
• Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg (100%), 2.8 mg (200%), 4.2 mg (300%)
• Vitamin B12: 2.5 µg (100%), 5 µg (200%), 7.5 µg (300%)
• Niacin: 16 mg NE (100%), 32 mg NE (200%), 48 mg NE (300%)

Application and dosage

Take 1-3 capsules daily with sufficient liquid without chewing.The recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.No prescription is required for this product.

The capsules are free of lactose and gluten.For diabetics, 1 capsule corresponds to 7 kcal/27 kJ and 0.01 BE.Keep the product cool, dry and protected from light.Keep out of the reach of small children.If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.Not suitable for children and young people.
