Gripp-Heel tablets are a homeopathic medicine that is used for colds.The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic medicines and include flu-like infections.The flu infection is a common infectious disease that is caused by viruses and typically progresses in three phases: an initial phase with barely noticeable symptoms, a middle phase with full-blown symptoms such as coughing, runny nose, headaches and body aches, and a final phase in which the symptoms slowly subside.

Mode of action

Gripp-Heel tablets are particularly effective in the middle phase of a flu-like infection.While many conventional cold preparations only briefly suppress symptoms such as fever or inflammation, Gripp-Heel combats the cause of the infection.It supports the body's own defenses, relieves acute symptoms, has an anti-inflammatory effect and promotes the healing of the infection.Studies have shown that Gripp-Heel can shorten the duration of a flu infection by up to three days.

1 Tablet of Gripp-Heel contains the following active ingredients: Aconitum napellus Trit.D4 120 mg, Bryonia Trit.D4 60 mg, Lachesis Trit.D12 60 mg, Eupatorium perfoliatum Trit.D3 30 mg, Phosphorus Trit.D5 30 mg.The active ingredients 1 to 4 are potentiated together in the penultimate stage and the active ingredients 1 to 5 are potentiated together in the last stage as trituration.Magnesium stearate is also included as an additional ingredient.

Contraindications

Gripp-Heel tablets must not be taken if you are allergic to any of the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.In children under 6 years of age, the medicine should only be used after consulting a doctor, as there is currently no sufficiently documented experience for this age group.

Dosage

Adults and young people aged 12 and over should take 1 tablet every half hour to hourly for acute symptoms, but not more than 6 times a day.Use for more than a week should only be carried out after consulting a doctor.In chronic cases, adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day.If the symptoms improve, the intake should be reduced.Children aged 6 to 12 years do not receive more than two-thirds of the adult dose.To do this, 1 tablet is dissolved in 6 teaspoons of water.Children from 6 years of age to under 12 years of age receive 4 teaspoons of this solution.In acute conditions, it should be taken every half to an hour, up to a maximum of 6 times a day.Use for more than a week should only be carried out after consulting a doctor.In chronic cases it is taken 1 to 3 times a day.If the symptoms improve, the frequency of intake should be reduced.
