Each capsule contains 125 mg ascorbic acid, 0.5 mg copper (II) ion, 2.5 mg lutein, 67 mg RRR-alpha-tocopherol equivalent, 500 µg zeaxanthin and 6.3 mg zinc ion.It also contains various excipients such as acid blue 9, cellulose, microcrystalline, hypromellose, corn starch, sucrose, silicon dioxide, fatty acids, calcium salts, starch, modified, titanium dioxide, 0.1 g total protein, 0.1 g total fat and 0.2 g total carbohydrates.

Dosage
