Capsule 2 contains: vitamin C, soybean oil, gelatin (beef), coconut oil, glycerin, vitamin E, zinc oxide, lecithins (soy), sorbitol, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, copper sulfate, iron oxides and iron hydroxides, sodium selenite, brilliant blue FCF.

The composition per daily serving (2 capsules) includes: 580 mg sea fish oil, including 320 mg omega-3 fatty acids, of which 110 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), 25 mg blueberry extract, 400 µg vitamin A (50% NRV), 2 mg vitamin B2 (143% NRV), 120 mg vitamin C (150% NRV), 17.6mg vitamin E (147% NRV), 40 mcg selenium (73% NRV), 0.5 mg copper (50% NRV), 10 mg zinc (100% NRV), 20 mg lutein and 1 mg zeaxanthin.
