I can recommend Dr Jakobs' alkaline powder with a clear conscience to help your body achieve a balanced acid-alkaline balance. Simply stir it into yoghurt or something similar and you're done!

I had been looking for an alkalising powder without sugar, lactose or sweeteners for a long time and was really happy to have found Dr Jocobs powder. The ingredients from Germany were also important to me. I ordered it from the pharmacy. The first annoyance when I opened it was that the pack was only 2/3 full. In normal food sales, this would be banned as cheat packaging. But the biggest shock was yet to come - the flavour!!! I don't understand the slogan "modelled on nature"? According to the description, the powder dissolved in 1 glass of water tastes so horrible!!! My husband completely refuses to drink something so horrible and I give up after the third try and throw the powder in the bin - even though it is an expensive product in comparison. Why is it necessary to put such a disgusting natural citrus flavouring, according to the list of ingredients, in a mineral powder???
